Kauai Chickens

We're planning a trip to Kauai in September.
I'm sooo psyched!!

Feral chickens are everywhere on the island. In 1991 a major hurricane hit Kauai and many chicken coops were damaged, freeing all the chickens.

Wow! That sounds great! I saw some free roaming chickens on the North Shore of Oahu as well.

Hi Ginnie!
Yup, my photo. The chicken came right up to me. Crazy Kauai chickens. I went with my girlfriend Phin last summer and in 2001 for my and Jimmy's 10 year anniversary.
