We went to Beardsley Reservoir for the first time last weekend. It's a fairly remote lake in the Sierra Nevadas. It was almost as if we had our own private lake all to ourselves.Labels: family, hideaway, photo challenge

I started this more as a photo blog, then added art and crafts and now, well...nothing is off limits because I'm spilling open! I'll be posting pics of friends and family - I know a few of you don't want to be 'published' so I'll keep you anonymous. If you see your pic here but don't want it up, just let me know and I'll happily remove. The last thing I want is to make anyone uncomfortable or unhappy. Cheers and thanks for visiting!

The lake is dammed from the Stanislaus River and filled from snowmelt.
