I gushed about this last year, but I can't help but blog about it again because I just love how my neighborhood gets together every Halloween for a friendly street parade. The parade starts 2 doors down from my house and the parade is lead by a local high school band. Following them are families and friends, enjoying the halloween spirit and seeing all the kids dressed up.

I started this more as a photo blog, then added art and crafts and now, well...nothing is off limits because I'm spilling open! I'll be posting pics of friends and family - I know a few of you don't want to be 'published' so I'll keep you anonymous. If you see your pic here but don't want it up, just let me know and I'll happily remove. The last thing I want is to make anyone uncomfortable or unhappy. Cheers and thanks for visiting!

Oh how fun! To have something like this right in your own backyard makes it feel so much "safer." Something to look forward to every year, I can tell :) And how did YOU dress up? Do tell!

That is fantastic! I wish more of my neighbors were into Halloween like we are at my house. I wish I was more of the type to organize something like that!
